Yes we have many signature parts, and if we don't have it we will contact the manufacturer to obtain it. If it is not available we will discuss your options with you.
Yes. There are many ways to receive an estimate; schedule a video chat with us during operating hours and we will give you a "to the penny estimate." You can also send us photo and we can provide you with a ballpark estimate. Remember, if you choose to send it to us, there is never a return shipping fee. If you decline to go forward with the repair we return your item free of charge.
The turnaround time for any repair can vary depending on what repairs are being done. Most repairs ship within 3-10 business days once you approve the repair quote.
After an item as been received and addressed in our lab, if you do not want to proceed with the repair, don't worry, we will return your item free of charge. Remember you are under no obligation to Modern Leather.

We handle all repairs with care and ensure a quality job is done each and every time. In addition, we guarantee our repairs for one year. Since normal wear and tear is expected to occur with use, our guarantee covers repair defects only.
Yes we do, We can perform all repairs to Patent Leather, Exotic skins such as alligator, Lizard, snake Etc. We can even repair furs.
